Before calling the ALIES® support line, be sure to do the following:
- Document the problem you are having, and write down any error messages.
- Make a backup of your data. You may be asked to email it to LAC for troubleshooting purposes.
- Make sure that the phone you are calling from is near your ALIES® computer.
