NYC RAEN Functions
Funded by the New York State Education Department (SED) Office of Adult Education and Workforce Development, the NYC RAENs primary functions are to:
- provide professional development and technical assistance to SED-funded adult literacy, family literacy, and EL-Civics programs
- facilitate initiatives that better align adult literacy education with higher education, K12, and the workforce development system
